Card Usage Rules For Personal Card

For compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure transaction security, please review the following card usage restrictions:

  1. Geographical restrictions
    Card usage is not available in the following countries: Belarus (BLR), Russia (RUS), Myanmar (MMR), North Korea (PRK), Iran (IRN), and Ukraine (UA).
  2. Prohibited transaction categories
    Transactions related to gambling and betting (including online casinos and similar services) are strictly prohibited.
  3. Adult content restrictions
    Payments for adult (18+) content and dating services are not allowed.
  4. Cash withdrawal restriction
    Cash withdrawals via ATMs are not permitted.
  5. Transfers to payment services
    Transfers to Wise, Revolut, and similar financial services are prohibited.
  6. Compliance responsibility
    Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in transaction decline, card suspension, or account restriction.
  7. Monitoring and enforcement
    The service reserves the right to suspend cards or accounts in cases of suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant activity.
